3. Traditional pan-fried trout
1 kg of fresh trout fillets
2 tablespoons of whole wheat
¼ tablespoon of freshly ground pepper
2 tablespoons of milk
2 tablespoons of parsley and canola oil lemon
- Mix the flour with pepper on a plate.
- Inside the bowl, place some milk and dip the trout before placing it on a plate.
- Heat canola oil in a saucepan. Add the fish and fry for up to 10 minutes.
- When serving, apply some lemon, baked potatoes or steamed vegetables.
