  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons of almond butter
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 2 dates
  • ⅛ tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • A pinch of nutmeg
