- 1 ripe banana
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- 2 cups almond milk
- 2 tablespoons of almond butter
- 5 ice cubes
- 2 dates
- ⅛ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- A pinch of nutmeg
